Séamus is highly experienced in project management and property development activities with c 30 years’ experience in the Irish, UK and Middle Eastern Markets. He is a qualified Quantity Surveyor with postgraduate qualifications in Arbitration and Project Management. His experience covers the broad spectrum of the construction and infrastructure industries ranging from Hotel resorts, Air & Sea ports, Rail & Metro projects, Film Studios, Data Centers, large scale residential projects and Power Generation.
FRANCOISE MOULY
Director – Business Development
Francoise Mouly has joined TFLC as the Director - Business Development, bringing her extensive global network and expertise to open new doors and expand our firm’s reach worldwide. With her deep connections across multiple industries, Francoise will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and establishing strategic partnerships. Born in France, Francoise has lived in London, Geneva, Barcelona, Amsterdam, Doha, and now calls the UAE home. She began her career in London as a legal adviser specializing in Corporate Finance, later broadening her expertise with a postgraduate degree in Art History from Christie's Contemporary. This led her to extend her legal advisory practice into the art world. In 2020, Francoise took a leading role in co-founding MENA Women in Law, a platform created to foster dialogue, build bridges, share knowledge, and encourage interdisciplinary collaboration among women in the legal profession across the Middle East and North Africa. Francoise’s vision is clear: "My focus is to leverage my experience and extensive worldwide network, where I am often described as a connector and facilitator, to bring stakeholders together in a collaborative effort that emphasizes relevance and values. Together, we aim to create a more inclusive and sustainable future."
Sunitha brings over a decade of invaluable experience to our team. With her extensive background in Operations of Corporate Registries and her project management experience, Sunitha brings a wealth of industry knowledge and strategic insight. Sunitha's legal expertise, coupled with her deep understanding of regulatory and compliance frameworks, adds significant value to our organization. She has managed projects of varied stature and have also headed merger projects for public sector organisations. Her collaborative spirit and dedication to fostering strong cross-functional relationships aligns perfectly with MPO's values.
SUNITHA NAZAR
Director – Governance & Compliance
She is a university degree qualified accountant, businesswoman and a real estate investor. Xuan Ta has extensive experience in specialist project management. She owns and manages land growing timber and rubber plantations. Xuan Ta manages the productions and sales of these natural resources from sapling to the final product of sustainable timber and natural latex. The multi-discipline project management of these natural resources involves the supervision of labour and the administration of agricultural processes to the sale of the final product to the open market.
